First of all, if you need to return something, it means that you bought something in the first place, and for that, thank you.

We appreciate that and apologies that you have the need to return something. We aim to make this as simple as possible. If you have an issue, we will make it right, we care about all our customers.

If you have purchased any goods from Books Boost Business or any related brands, you may receive a full refund if you comply with the following conditions:

  • You must request a refund in writing by contacting laurahelen@booksboostbusiness.com
  • Your request for a refund must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase;
  • You must return any hard goods to Books Boost Business immediately, according to the shipping and other instructions you will receive by email after requesting a refund;
  • The hard goods must be returned to Books Boost Business in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Books Boost Business’ sole, reasonable discretion.

  • Where did you stop?
  • Why did you stop?
  • Is there something we missed in the program that would have allowed you to complete your book?
Implement Everything:
  • We will need to see you have followed the steps to the best of your abilities.
  • We will need to see posts and lives carried out throughout your process
  • We will need to see what content you did manage to create
  • We will need to see cover ideas you or an artist designed
  • We will need evidence that you tried’ to create a book

When will I get my refund?

Usually within 7-10 days of requesting your refund. After we receive and process your return, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.

Does Books Boost Business offer replacements or exchanges?

Yes, we do. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item. If you’d

like to exchange an item for something else, you can exchange for a different title or service. Just contact us and

we will take care of it for you.
